Description
A thick and creamy seafood chowder loaded with fresh seafood and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add potatoes and seafood stock. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add corn and seafood mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat through and serve hot.
