A thick and creamy seafood chowder packed with fresh flavors.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of fresh seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup of celery, chopped
- 4 cups of seafood stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add diced potatoes and seafood stock. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add seafood and heavy cream. Cook until seafood is done.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
