Ingrédients

  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate, melted

  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Add cooled coffee and coffee liqueur to the mixture.
  5. Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Roll each ball in cocoa powder.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  9. Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
