A delightful dessert combining the flavors of tiramisu in bite-sized truffles.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Add cooled coffee and coffee liqueur to the mixture.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Experiment with different coatings like crushed nuts.
