Description
A delicious tofu turkey alternative for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 2 blocks firm tofu (14 oz each)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Crumble tofu into a bowl.
- Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a turkey form.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Serve with your favorite gravy.
- Adjust spices according to taste.
