Ingrédients
- Rice cakes – 500g
- Fish – 1 whole, preferably carp
- Vegetables – 300g assorted
- Dumpling wrappers – 300g
- Pork – 500g minced
- Soy sauce – 100ml
- Ginger – 50g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Spring onions – 2 stalks
Instructions
- Prepare the rice cakes by soaking them in water overnight.
- Clean and scale the fish, then steam it with ginger and spring onions.
- Chop vegetables and stir-fry them in a pan.
- Make dumplings by filling wrappers with minced pork and vegetables.
- Boil dumplings until they float.
- Serve all dishes with soy sauce on the side.
