  • Fish – 1 whole, preferably carp
  • Vegetables – 300g assorted
  • Dumpling wrappers – 300g
  • Pork – 500g minced
  • Soy sauce – 100ml
  • Ginger – 50g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Spring onions – 2 stalks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice cakes by soaking them in water overnight.
  2. Clean and scale the fish, then steam it with ginger and spring onions.
  3. Chop vegetables and stir-fry them in a pan.
  4. Make dumplings by filling wrappers with minced pork and vegetables.
  5. Boil dumplings until they float.
  6. Serve all dishes with soy sauce on the side.
