  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Coconut flakes – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add water and stir until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into small portions.
  4. Flatten each portion and place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and shape it into a ball.
  6. Roll the balls in sesame seeds, peanuts, or coconut flakes.
  7. Steam the balls for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
