Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
  4. Steam for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Let cool and cut into pieces.
  6. Fill with red bean paste and roll in sesame seeds or coconut flakes.
