Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and salt.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in evaporated milk until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  7. Cool before serving.
