Description
Tuna deviled eggs are a delicious twist on the classic deviled eggs, adding tuna for extra flavor and protein.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
