Ingrédients

- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on each turkey slice.
- Place avocado slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Add lettuce leaves on top of the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the turkey slices tightly.
- Slice in half and serve.

- Use whole grain turkey for added fiber.
- Substitute lettuce with whole grain wraps if desired.
