Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, celery, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form mixture into small cakes.
- Place cakes on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.

- Use leftover turkey for best results.
- Can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers.
