Description
A festive turkey-shaped cheese ball perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small carrot, cut into a beak
- 2 candy corn pieces, for the eyes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
- Add green onions, red bell pepper, nuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a turkey form on a serving plate.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, decorate with dried cranberries, carrot beak, and candy corn eyes.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
- Can be made a day ahead.
