  • 2 whole wheat pita pockets
  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/4 cup hummus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread hummus inside each pita pocket.
  3. Layer spinach leaves and sliced tomatoes inside the pockets.
  4. Place slices of turkey in the pockets.
  5. Wrap the pita pockets in foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
