Description
A simple recipe for turkey pockets using deli turkey.
Ingrédients

- 6 slices of deli turkey
- 2 whole wheat pita pockets
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup hummus
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread hummus inside each pita pocket.
- Layer spinach leaves and sliced tomatoes inside the pockets.
- Place slices of turkey in the pockets.
- Wrap the pita pockets in foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add cheese for extra flavor.
- Use your favorite vegetables as fillers.
