Description
A delicious turkey roulade perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds of turkey breast
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture over the turkey breast.
- Roll the turkey tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roulade on all sides.
- Transfer the roulade to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with gravy for extra flavor.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
