A delicious turkey roulade perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingrédients

  • 2 pounds of turkey breast
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture over the turkey breast.
  5. Roll the turkey tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roulade on all sides.
  7. Transfer the roulade to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
