Description

Tuscan garlic chicken bites served with sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.


Ingrédients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken mixture.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked fettuccine, tossing to combine.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
