Description
Tuscan garlic chicken bites served with sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken mixture.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
