A delicious twist on pizza featuring Tuscan garlic chicken on a pita base.
Ingrédients

- 2 pita breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and garlic until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over each pita bread.
- Top with shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Use leftover chicken for a quicker prep time.
