Description

A delicious twist on pizza featuring Tuscan garlic chicken on a pita base.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and garlic until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture over each pita bread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
