Description

Twice baked potatoes are a delicious and hearty side dish that combines the creamy texture of mashed potatoes with the crispy skin of baked potatoes.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  5. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides into a bowl.

  9. Bake again for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
