Description

Twice baked potatoes are a creamy, cheesy side dish that is easy to prepare.


Ingrédients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the insides into a bowl, leaving a small amount in the skin.
  6. Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potato insides.
  7. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  8. Fill the potato skins with the mixture and top with green onions.
  9. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the mixture.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
