Description
Twice baked potatoes are a creamy, cheesy side dish that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the insides into a bowl, leaving a small amount in the skin.
- Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potato insides.
- Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture and top with green onions.
- Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the mixture.
- These can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
