Description
Twice baked potatoes are a delicious and hearty side dish. They are creamy and cheesy, perfect for any meal.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the insides and place them in a bowl.
- Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and green onions to the bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
- Bake the filled potatoes for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
- You can add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
