Description

Twice baked potatoes are a delicious and hearty side dish. They are creamy and cheesy, perfect for any meal.


Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the insides and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and green onions to the bowl.
  7. Mix until smooth.
  8. Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
  9. Bake the filled potatoes for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
