- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti and half of the cheese to the chicken mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
