  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  5. Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and seasoning.
  6. Fill bell pepper halves with the mixture.
  7. Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
