Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck with salt and pepper.

- Add maple syrup and orange juice to the pan.
- Mix the cranberry-pecan mixture with quinoa.
- Serve the roasted duck with the quinoa mixture.
