Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the almond mixture into the meringue.
- Add vanilla extract and mix gently.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool completely before filling with buttercream.
