- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 4 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk.
- Add more cinnamon for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
