Instructions
- Chop all vegetables.
- Add vegetables, broth, tomatoes, and chickpeas to the crockpot.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Add more broth for a soupier consistency.
- Serve with crusty bread if desired.
