Ingrédients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, ground
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fill a donut pan with the batter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  6. For the cream, combine ground pistachios, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan.
  7. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Add vanilla extract.
  8. Let donuts cool, then fill them with pistachio cream using a piping bag.
