Delicious vegan donuts filled with pistachio pastry cream.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pistachios, ground
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- For the cream, combine ground pistachios, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat until thickened. Add vanilla extract.
- Let donuts cool, then fill them with pistachio cream using a piping bag.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use fresh pistachios for the best flavor.
