A delicious vegan dressing perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable broth.
- Add the sautéed mixture to the bread and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free version.
