Ingrédients

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable broth.
  5. Add the sautéed mixture to the bread and mix thoroughly.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
