Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
