Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed pistachios, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, vegan white chocolate chips, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
