Description
A quick and healthy vegetable stir fry served with a creamy peanut sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, water, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add tofu or chicken for protein.
- Adjust the sauce thickness by adding more or less water.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
