Description

A quick and healthy vegetable stir fry served with a creamy peanut sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, water, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over vegetables and stir well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add tofu or chicken for protein.
  • Adjust the sauce thickness by adding more or less water.
  • Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
