Ingrédients

  • 3 cups green beans
  • 4 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts and green beans.
  3. Peel and slice the carrots.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
  5. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Toss to coat.
  6. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
