Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and add them to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes and vegetable broth.
- Stir in black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
