  • 1 teaspoon dried sage

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrot until soft.
  3. Add garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, and walnuts.
  5. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
