A flavorful vegetarian stuffing perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and carrot until soft.
- Add garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
