Ingrédients

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated pork onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with rice or fresh vegetables.
