Description
A delicious Vietnamese dish made with marinated pork skewers infused with lemongrass.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb pork shoulder, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated pork onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or fresh vegetables.

- Adjust the marinade to taste.
- Soak skewers to prevent burning.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
