Description

A flavorful sushi roll featuring spicy crab, avocado, and a crunchy topping.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1/2 lb crab meat
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • Nori sheets
  • Tempura flakes
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mix crab meat with mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
  4. Spread sushi rice evenly over nori.
  5. Add crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber on top of rice.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Sprinkle tempura flakes on top.
  9. Serve with soy sauce.

  • Adjust spice level by changing sriracha quantity.
