Ingrédients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet and mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Add the beef mixture over the chips and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Add the remaining tortilla chips on top of the cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, add more cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and olives before serving.
