Description
A delicious walking taco casserole that combines all your favorite taco flavors in a single dish.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
- Add the beef mixture over the chips and top with shredded cheese.
- Add the remaining tortilla chips on top of the cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil, add more cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and olives before serving.
Notes
- Customize toppings as desired.
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
