Description
A quick and easy weeknight wonton soup that warms you up.
Ingrédients

- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of pork mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper to seal the filling inside.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade wontons.
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
