A quick and easy weeknight wonton soup that warms you up.


Ingrédients

  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of pork mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper to seal the filling inside.
  4. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  5. Add the wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add bok choy and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade wontons.
  • Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
  • Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
