Description
A creamy and savory whipped feta dip topped with sweet roasted strawberries.

- 200g feta cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 200g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with honey.
- Spread strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- In a blender, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl.
- Once strawberries are roasted, spoon them over the whipped feta.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
