- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add the shredded chicken and heat through.
- Stir in white cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
