Description
Delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies that are soft and chewy.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Use roasted macadamia nuts for extra flavor.
