- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the leaves off the cauliflower and place it in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cover the dish with foil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your cauliflower.
- For a spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad.
