Description
A refreshing winter fruit salad packed with seasonal fruits.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of cubed apples
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup of orange segments
- 1 cup of diced pears
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples, pomegranate seeds, orange segments, and pears.
- Add the chopped walnuts to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice.
- Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.

- Use fresh seasonal fruits for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
