A festive and hearty xmas dinner to celebrate the holiday season.
Ingrédients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare stuffing by mixing stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter.
- Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey on a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil during the last hour.
- Cook mixed vegetables in a pot until tender.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
Notes
- Ensure the turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
- Check the internal temperature of the turkey; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Leftover turkey can be used for sandwiches or soups.
