Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup beef drippings or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Add drippings to a baking tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter into the hot drippings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Notes
- Serve immediately for best results.
- Can be enjoyed with roast beef.
- Use a hot oven for proper rising.
