Ingrédients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini.
  4. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, flour, Parmesan, egg, pepper, garlic powder, and green onions.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
  7. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
