Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine applesauce, milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
