A delightful bento cake perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup buttercream frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Divide batter into two bowls; tint one with red food coloring.
- Pour batters into greased bento cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting.
- Frost the top of the red cake layer and stack the plain layer on top.
- Decorate with frosting and edible decorations.
