This is the best lobster mac and cheese recipe that combines creamy cheese sauce with tender lobster.

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper; cook until thickened.
- Stir in the cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and lobster, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked lobster for the best flavor.
- Feel free to mix in other cheeses.
