Description
A smooth and creamy dip made from black-eyed peas.
Ingrédients

- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Combine black-eyed peas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top.

- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
