Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Carefully add the blue lobster to the pot.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, until the lobster is bright blue and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove the lobster from the pot and let it cool slightly.
- Crack the lobster shell and remove the meat.
- Drizzle the lobster meat with lemon juice and garlic butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
